　　开炼机的组成部份

　　开炼机主要由辊筒、轴承、机架、压盖、传动装置、调距装置、润滑系统、辊温调节装置和紧急制动装置等组成。开炼机虽然大小不同，但其基本结构都是大同小异的。

　　开炼机又称开放式炼胶机，顾名思义，主要是用来炼胶，而是还是敞开的方式炼胶，不同于密炼机，开炼机可以用来出片，而且针对温度要求高的，开炼机都能够完成。

　　开炼机主要用于：

　　1、生胶的塑炼、破碎、洗涤、压片；

　　2、塑料的混炼、压片以及塑料中的杂质清除；

　　3、混炼胶的热炼。烘胶；

　　4、再生胶的粉碎、混炼、压片；
